Cinderella

What comes to your mind when I say the word “Cinderella”? Glass slippers? Magic pumpkin that turns into a carriage? Mice that talk and sew dresses? This new ministry effort started by none but our very own Anouchka is not about any of those things.

Every first Sunday of the month, a group of women gather together at Cafe Cristal to share life with one another, encourage one another, and experience the transforming power of God’s redeeming love.

The Bible is filled with stories of hope and redemption. We see them through the prophets; in the gospels; in the death and resurrection of our Lord Jesus. But how exactly do we reconcile the eternal hope we have with our current grief and suffering?

Cinderella is an invitation to experience hope, freedom, and transformation in King Jesus. It is a safe and vulnerable space to share a nugget of your story in which you experienced a special encounter with the Prince of Peace.

Come to Cinderella and join a community of women who encourage one another through storytelling. We can trust in the redemptive words found in Isaiah 61:2-3 that God our Father sends us His Spirit to comfort all who mourn; to grant to those who mourn in Zion; to give them a beautiful headdress instead of ashes, the oil of gladness instead of mourning.
